Retail Gasoline Station 1

For a gasoline service station client, Synergy performed site investigation and soil and groundwater remediation including UST removal. Synergy was able to obtain a Release of Liability for the client by providing public water to a few affected residents and petitioning for ROL based on pathway elimination.

For the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Authority, Synergy performed site investigation, including soil and groundwater sampling, and prepared a detailed Site Assessment Report for the former Allentown Incinerator site. Remediation System

For the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Authority, Synergy performed site investigation, conducted agency negotiations and prepared a detailed Site Assessment Report (SAR) for an abandoned former textile and die facility. The SAR has enabled the client to petition for closure based on attainment of STatewide Health Standards.

Monitoring Well Installation

For the Redevelopment Authority of the city of Lancaster, Synergy performed site investigation and remediation for a multi-parcel site to prepare for construction of the Clipper Magazine Stadium (minor league baseball). Synergy investigated, developed and implemented a remedial workplan which enabled a release of liability for both soil and groundwater and enabled construction of the stadium.
